Gospel Choir

The In Another Place Gospel Choir is a thriving commuity choir and we always has space for a few more members. We rehearse at Moor Lane Methodist Church, Moor Lane, Crosby from 7-8pm on Wednesday evenings during term time. Everyone over the age of 15 is welcome – we don’t hold auditions, and you are welcome to come every week or just when you can! (15-17 yr-olds need a named adult present).

We perform at weddings, charity/church events and local community events, including Christmas light switch-ons and venues such as the Anglican Cathedral and St George’s Hall. We perform across a variety of genres, from modern pop to classic gospel-style music.  

We are ask our members to pay £3/wk (first/taster week free, card payment available) to support and pay for our Bootle choir, as well as ongoing gospel choir costs and equipment. We can subsidise this cost for anyone in any kind of hardship – please speak to one of the team.
